Cafe Diedrich: A Pit Stop to Refuel, Relax, and Connect

Editor’s note: the following story is about one of our Live in Everett Members. Our awesome Members help power Live in Everett. You can learn more about them here.

Jasmine Diedrich has opened the most recent installation in her caffeine empire: Cafe Diedrich. Located inside the Everett Station, the cafe opened November 6th and is the first Diedrich spot to offer seating. The central location and ample seating make it perfect for work meetings or for winding down after work or school.

In another exciting new development: South Fork Baking Company is the in-house baker! Having an in-house baker allows Cafe Diedrich to offer a larger menu with fresh food made daily.

Forgot your lunch before you left for the station? Grab a salad or sandwich when you pick up your morning beverage and bagel.

Need to rest and recharge after a long day of work or school? Enjoy a yogurt parfait or a blueberry muffin with an Italian soda and sit in one of the comfy chairs in the back of the cafe.

Working from home and your kids and spouse are also home on holiday? Head to the cafe, grab a coffee, a pastry and a quiet table where you can focus without the distractions of home.

The Cafe offers plenty of table seating, a window bar, and in the very back of the cafe, a cozy seating area with a couch, some upholstered chairs, and a coffee table. Perfectly spaced out for whatever your needs are.

Before you leave, check out the Diedrich swag and grab some stress relief products from Everyday Natural Products.

We visited the Cafe on a Sunday morning, sipped Americanos, and chatted with Georgi. A Yakima transplant, Georgi was managing the Diedrich location on the Mukilteo Speedway prior to Cafe Diedrich. While we were there, the station was empty except for a few people conducting business in the cozy conversation area of the Cafe, Diedrich Espresso cups in hand.
