It's November. How did that happen? 

Guess it's time for another Everett real estate market update*. Here are last month's results...

OCTOBER 2016

Now let's compare October's numbers to the month before that, shall we?

SEPTEMBER 2016

The last 2 months were pretty similar. Not much change, really. Let's take a look at last year's numbers, and see how they compare to last month's. 

OCTOBER 2015

Surprisingly, no drastic changes here either. The biggest change comparing October 2016 to October 2015 is the days on the market (went from 38 last year down to 24 this year). Things are definitely still selling faster, but apparently there's some consistency with things quieting down quickly in the Fall. 

These have been the most consistent numbers we've seen in a while. Time will only tell if the stability reflects where the market is heading or just the season.
