#LiveinEverett: Top August Posts

August was a flurry of sun, sweat, and events. How could so many things happen in one month? Well sit back and relax as we view some of our favorite #liveineverett Instagram posts for August.

1. Blog contributor Christopher Bragg captured this beautiful piano in front of Scuttlebutt Brewery that was part of the Everett Street Tunes event put on by the City of Everett. Can anyone tell us who the artist is? Because we're in love 😍

2. If I had a truck, I'd get some carpentry skills just to build this for my pups. Live in Everett's Tyler Chism found these dogs having the time of their lives.

3. Speaking of Tyler, is that him going "full Chism" with Sir Mix A Lot at Rock the Boat? Thanks for the shot @housetornado.

4. Oh yeah, Funko had a big party this month. Looks like Delaney from @everettculturalarts had a good time, and @karlsbakery had a great business day.

5. Even though we didn't get totality up here, the eclipse was still pretty cool. It looks like a lot of folks found interesting places to view the eclipse. Where did you view it?

6. The best event of the summer happened August 26th (although we may be a bit biased). We feasted on food truck goodness all day, and we're glad to see lots of you guys did too. Looks like @indybeerbar and @daisy9979 had the right idea.

7. There have been a lot of humming birds humming around lately, and it looks like @bethywebbs was able to snap a picture while it was resting. Miracles of nature, man.

8. We recently had @jonesjc and his wife Rosemary on the Live in Everett podcast, and heard all about their art adventures in Everett. We love his pictures so much, here's two of them ❤️

9. Ever wonder what a blank rock wall looks like? Take a gander at @summiteverett wall before the mastery of rock placement takes place.

10. How could we not show off the king of dog walkers? Thanks for the laugh @sotorebelos!

So...that was definitely way more than ten pictures. But I make the rules around here so #shorthairdontcare.
