Yum Run 5k: Early Bird Registration is Open Now

Grab your running shoes, friend. We’re putting on the first-ever Yum Run 5k in Downtown Everett this Summer.

The Yum Run isn't your typical 5k. No one's really competing for the fastest time, and although some people dress in spandex, no one's doing it to cut down on wind resistance (if you know what we're sayin').

At the Yum Run, you'll run (or walk) through beautiful North Everett alongside hundreds of other people decked out in goofy food hats, snagging small bites at each mile. You'll also get first dibs and beat the lines at the Everett Food Truck Festival where you can chow down on whatever you want and not feel guilty because hey, you ran a 5k.

WHAT:
A food-themed, fun-run style 5k with small bites along the way.

WHEN:
Saturday, August 24, 2019. The run starts at 10:30 a.m.

WHERE:
Wetmore Plaza in Downtown Everett

WHO:
Anyone lookin' for a good time. Kids 6 and under are free with paid adult.

WHAT YOU GET (Get everything if you register by July 7):

  • Admission to the run.

  • Small bites along the way.

  • Early admission into the Everett Food Truck Fest happening less than one block from the finish line.

  • A cool t-shirt in your size!

  • A food hat for the run and every Halloween party henceforth (we pick the food hat you'll rock).

  • Everett merch (while supplies last).

  • A bunch of selfies of you in a goofy hat eating and running to post on the 'gram.

Getting to the Yum

Getting to the festival couldn’t be easier thanks to our official transportation sponsor, Community Transit.

Not only can Community Transit get you to the festival from anywhere in Snohomish County, but they’re offering FREE ORCA cards, pre-loaded with bus fare. Community Transit will even provide you with a custom itinerary for your trip to the festival!

Early bird registration for the run is only $29 for a limited time, so make sure you register now for the best pricing and perks.
