What: J Ramen and Sushi Bar May Open.

When: TBD

Where: 1011 Hewitt Ave.

Why we're looking forward to it: True story, one night we were walking down to the the Anchor Pub to meet up with some friends for beers. On the walk, we were talking about how we wished a ramen restaurant would open up in north Everett (our friend Doug turned us onto ramen and now we're hooked). Low and behold, there's a new sign up for a ramen & Sushi restaurant next door to the Anchor with people working inside, behind the paper-covered windows. We don't know anything about it, other than what a rather uncouth fella told us, which is that it's supposed to open up this month sometime. We'll keep you posted. Fingers crossed that it opens and that it's good.
