5 Fast Favorites: Ryan and Lindsey, Clark Park: Active

Ryan and Lindsey from Clark Park: Active are getting out into Clark Park and helping activate one of Everett’s oldest public parks via games and meetings.

Check out Ryan and Lindsey’s favorite spots in Everett and listen to our interview with them from episode 119 of the Live in Everett Podcast and read more about Clark Park: Active.

1. FAVORITE PLACE IN EVERETT TO TELL FRIENDS ABOUT?

Ryan and Lindsey: Narrative Coffee

It’s easy to like the three-time EVVY Award winners. Best coffee, best breakfast and best service? Narrative is a triple-threat.

See us eat lunch there, drink coffee there and learn more about how Narrative got its start.

2. FAVORITE PLACE IN EVERETT TO GET OUTSIDE?

Ryan and Lindsey: Clark Park

Who would have known the folks from Clark Park: Active would list Clark Park as their favorite places to get outdoors? We did. That’s who.

3. FAVORITE PLACE IN EVERETT HANDS DOWN.

Lindsey: Her backyard
Ryan: Jetty Island

While we can’t go visit Lindsey’s backyard, we can visit Jetty Island until September 2. We love Jetty Island so much we wrote about it. We also shot a really chill video there.

4. FAVORITE ANNUAL EVENT IN EVERETT?

Ryan and Lindsey: Fisherman’s Village Music Festival

Bringing bands from all over the country to Everett, Fisherman’s Village Music Festival is quite an amazing weekend. Last year boasted a free stage and Makers Market, as well as food trucks and a whole lot of local music love.

5. FAVORITE HIDDEN GEM IN EVERETT?

Lindsey: Drag me to Brunch at Anchor Pub
Ryan: Zamarama Gallery

We couldn’t find too much info on Drag me to Brunch, but it sounds fantastic. As for Zamarama Gallery, we know a thing or two. Everett’s newest art gallery on Colby is a home to art (duh) and music too.

We wrote a preview on Zamarama when it opened early in 2019.
