REMEMBER TO DRIVE AROUND: West Marine View Drive will be closed September 17 to 26 from 13th to 18th streets as part of the City’s Grand Avenue Park Bridge project. There will be access to all areas of the waterfront, but there will be detours around the closure area. 🚙
