Kippi and Greg Leonard became Everett residents in January of 2017 when they took on a "Grand Renovation" on one of Grand Avenue's historic houses. When not renovating their home, Greg works as the General Manager at Rodland Toyota in Everett, and Kippi works in her home art studio painting and teaching art classes.
