Co-op Board Election Have Record Number of Candidates. Vote From Your Phone

If you don’t know the Sno-Isle Co-op (known by locals as simply “the co-op”), you’re missing out.
It’s in the Public Market on the corner of Grand Avenue and California. It’s different than your average grocery store. Some would argue that it’s better than your average grocery store, in that members are owners.
Members receive annual dividends. A portion of what you spend at the co-op is returned to co-op owners at the end of the fiscal year. Why not pay yourself for shopping at your own grocery store?
The co-op is run by an elected board. During this month and next month board elections will be held.
You can read about the candidates and vote online from the comfort of your smartphone right now.
There are seven candidates. You can review their profiles and vote here. It’s that simple.
Note: you have to be an active member to vote.
Also, please note that board meetings are always open to the public! Anyone can attend the first Monday each month at 6 p.m.

May I recommend their apple selection (hint: Black Arkansas)?
