Sketchy Everett Volume #1 – View from Potala Place
Let's change the way people think about Everett's Sketchiness.
We're excited to announce Elizabeth Person as a new contributor to the Live in Everett blog. Not only is she an accomplished local artist and Everett resident, she's also a dear friend and (I.O.H.O.) maker of excellent baked goods.
Her contributions will feature watercolor sketches from her life living in Everett. Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss any and you can also check out Elizabeth's work on her website, or in her Etsy shop.
Anyway, without further ado, check out Sketchy Everett volume #1
"Opening in a few months in downtown, Potala Village will be a year round farmers market, retail space, and apartments. When touring it last week, what most impressed me was this astonishing view from the rooftop! From this vantage I could see the majestic Olympic range, the misty Cascades with Pilchuck's prominent peak in the foreground and Baker in the distance. My kind of town." -Elizabeth Person
Elizabeth is an Everett, Washington-based artist and graphic designer. Using pen and watercolor, she sketches from life and creates 'illustrative infographics,' often featuring Northwest themes.
