Scuttlebutt and EMI Present: The 10 Below Show
Saturday Night at The Elks Club
Two of Everett's finest things are happening on Saturday night: Scuttlebutt's 10 Below and I Will Keep Your Ghost. This show is going to be a blast. Sadly, I will be out of town, listening to Mannheim Steamroller at Grandma's (for real). More info here.
EAT + DRINK
My favorite late night junk food is, and always will be, the Ultra Slider from the Soundview. It's not actually a slider, you know, like the small hamburgers on every mediocre chain's happy hour menu. It's more akin to a Dick's Special, but better.
Fall means soup season. The Sno-Isle Co-Op has perhaps the greatest soups in all of Everett. It's a staple lunch spot between now and June 2016.
I stopped into Brews Almighty the other night to grab beers with a friend. They had an Imperial Stout from Evil Twin called Even More Jesus. It was expensive, dark, strong and supposedly very rare. It was also delicious. I can't say as to whether or not they'll still have it by the time you read this, but I suggest calling to find out. If they're out, they've got plenty more goodness to choose from.
