Spring is almost here. This means that we'll soon be grilling up deliciousness on the bbq. Here are two tips on making easy and cheap Carne Asada tacos that'll make your friends like you more.
1) Buy pre-marinated meat from one of the many awesome Carnicerías (Mexican butcher shop). It's usually only $3-$5 per pound, better than anything I can make in my kitchen, and it's super convenient as it's ready to go on the grill right when you get home.

2) Buy fresh tortillas at Casa El Dorado. They'll likely be warm when you get them because they're cranking them out all day long to keep up with demand. They're made from white corn and are SUPER cheap. A package is like, $2.50 and has significantly more tortillas than normal grocery store packages. Also, the flavor is unreal. You'll probably never buy tortillas anywhere else ever again.
