What inspired you to start your business, and what makes you unique?:
I want to do my own take on traditional pizza and give it a twist. By adding Latin ingredients to wood fired pizza makes us the first ever Latin Fusion Pizza brand. In only 3 short months the brand has taken off, from breweries to neighborhoods and all major events in the Seattle area, Candela Pizza will be there.

What's your personal favorite item that you serve?:
Havana Pizza: Chipotle aioli base sauce, Cuban roast pork, pickles, red onions, banana peppers and cilantro.
This pizza has rapidly become the number one seller, even over the traditional pepperoni pizza.
What food do you serve that your customers like the most?:
Chipotle aioli base sauce, Cuban roast pork, pickles, red onions, banana peppers and cilantro.
What’s the most challenging part of running your business or an obstacle you've had to overcome?:
Operation multiple businesses from construction to food trucks and now restaurants. Launching this new brand was not an easy task, since the food industry is so demanding and like any new business it requires the full attention and dedication from the founder, myself. Even with that said, this has become a very successful brand.
Does your menu cater to any food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan options?:
Yes, we have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
