Join local Brewer Jesse Young to learn to homebrew in this 2.5 hour workshop. The focus will be on the basics, along with some "tips" to help the first timer make an outstanding homebrewed beer from the start! In addition, we’ll venture through humanity’s history and the anthropology of brewing, and learn why beer became the cultural cornerstone of our past.

Since 2015, Jesse Young of Abrosis School of Brewing has taught both beginners and long-time homebrewers in the greater Seattle Metro Area to grow their passion of brewing and brew with confidence. Jesse has a unique focus on the anthropology of beer brewing, and strives to not only teach you how to brew with confidence, but to ignite a passion for all things beer and its deep history.
