Art is known for being relaxing, releasing and rejuvenating. No drawing experience needed for this class, it is about the individual transformation of the student.

We will go through a short meditation and use visualization techniques combined with drawing to connect to a feeling or situation that the individual would like to let go of.

Then we will transform that feeling or situation into something that is more beneficial and beautiful. Students should leave feeing more empowered, relaxed and having a sense of something they can do at home on a regular basis to move through obstacles in their life.
