Class Runs Jul 14 & Jul 15, Saturday & Sunday 9 am-1 pm

Learn the basics of gathering, shaping, and blowing glass in this introductory course. We will establish a vocabulary about glass while using breath, heat, gravity, and simple tools to create forms.

Saturday we will work towards creating snowmen, simple flowers, and paperweights while Sunday will be dedicated to cup-making with individualized assistance from the instructor. Teamwork will be encouraged and a sketchbook will be required.
