Join Chuck and Kami as they break down the alignment of the most commonly used poses in yoga. As instructors we teach to the perfect world alignment, however we don't live in this perfect world. We'll take the time to not only go over proper alignment and the purpose of the pose, but look at the pose in your body and give you ways to adapt the pose to fit your unique form.
There will be time to discuss and ask the questions that you may have.
Arrive ready for yoga, but keeping in mind this will not be 2 hours of practice and it will not be hot.
