We're back for our 13th edition of Mother of All Garage Sales (#MOAGS). Hope to see you on Saturday, August 5, 2023! If there’s one thing we know how to do in north Everett, it’s how to have terrific garage sales!

The locations included in the sale are within the following boundaries - 19th Street to the south, Broadway to the east, Legion Park to the north, and west to Grand Avenue.

Likely 100+ homes will participate in this one day event with fabulous treasures for sale! We hope to have a variety of food trucks at Drew Nielsen Neighborhood Park (1230 Colby, Everett, WA 98201) as well as toilets, and treasure maps.

As we get closer to the event, we'll post maps, and reminders. Stock up your smaller bills to use at the sale - cash is best!
