Preserving the Kulture: PTK 23, is a celebration of the grand opening for APEX Art & Culture Center and the American Graffiti & Urban Art Conservation Project museum, the home of The DogTown Collection.

The festivities will include paint battles with America's top graffiti artists, lowrider car show, children's activities hosted by The Schack Art Center, DJs, beer garden and more. Our festivities kick off on Saturday, Aug. 12, with the day-long celebration on Saturday.
