Date Night To Go from Bluewater Organic Distilling
When stay home directives were issued in Washington, Bluewater Organic Distilling was uniquely ready to pivot to takeout. Because they already sold their own bottles, they could immediately sell cocktail kits with their spirits and fresh batches of craft mixers. Currently they're open 3-7 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday for takeout only, so I thought I'd get in touch with them and see what's on the menu for a perfect date night to go.

Ask them about weekend specials and desserts which aren't listed on the menu. That day's dessert was a very delicious-looking strawberry-rhubarb tart.

Takeout orders take about 20 minutes to prepare. With Stay Home, Stay Healthy directives in place at the marina, you may not be able to sit and relax by the water, but you can definitely take a scenic stroll to Boxcar Park and back.
